Q: What are the 5 stars? A: Your practice decides which 5 stars you want to focus on. You may wish to consider these: Heartworm Prevention, Flea Control, Intestinal Worming, Nutrition, Dental Care, Wellness blood testing or Vaccinations.
Q: We have 3 consult rooms, can we get additional products? A: Yes. The base package is for a practice with 2 consult rooms, however you can purchase additional items for larger practices.
Q: What training is provided? A: You will receive a manual to work through to ensure a smooth introduction into your practice. Crampton Consulting Group will provide follow up training via telephone, on-line training is provided for the product knowledge component and you will receive a comprehensive spreadsheet which will allow you to monitor your sales increases. You will also have access to the 5 Star Pet Owner website members area for 12 months. The members area will be constantly updated with tips and tricks, new additions to the program, new training available for staff and general business tips.
Q: We have an existing loyalty program. Will this replace ours? A: No, it doesn't have to replace your existing program. The 5 Star manual gives you plenty of ideas about how to set up a loyalty program so you may want to add more to your existing program. There are however enough ideas to introduce a loyalty program from scratch. We will from time to time introduce new ideas for loyalty programs in the members area on the website.
Q: Should staff be nominated to 'drive' the program. A: Yes. You should choose two staff members - an 'Internal Promotions Organiser' and a 'Loyalty Program Organiser'. This ensures that strain is not put on one staff member. This program will give your practice an image of organisation and innovation and should be prioritised.
Q: Can I get sponsorship to help pay for the program? A: Yes you can request sponsorship, however it is up to you to approach your chosen drug reps. We are happy however to email you a form letter to use which will outline the program and request sponsorship. The companies you choose and the level of support you request are up to each individual practice. Please note that full payment is required at the time of placing an order. Sponsorship can be a great way of strengthening a business relationship however if you choose not to brand any of your materials, you can pay for the program yourself. Some companies may also allow you to use points to pay for some, or all of the program, so speak to your rep to see if this is available to you.
Q: When we place our order, how long does it take for the package to arrive. A: Please allow 14 days for the program to be delivered. As each practice is unique, the package is designed exclusively to suit your needs. We also provide a report about your waiting area which can include several ways to improve sales. The report will also detail where to place the items from the program for maximum benefit to the practice.
Q: Will the program be updated? A: Yes. The members area on the webiste will be updated with new ideas throughout the year. You also have the option to update elements of the program every 12 months giving the practice a 'new look'. Internal promotions will be changed around for variety and look out for some more display ideas on the website!
Q: I've heard that I qualify for some discounts with printing if I have the 5 Star Program in place? A: Yes, thats right. Being a '5 Star Practice' also qualifies you to printing discounts from time to time. This includes Sympathy Cards, Welcome Cards, Christmas Cards, Letterhead, Business Cards, Newsletters, Reminder tools, Website design, Brochures, Books and Graduation Hats. You will be notified of these specials which are exclusive to practices participating in the 5 Star Pet Owner Program.
