"I have collated most of the numbers for the 5 Star vaccination promo in January and February . We  Had an increase in reminder response rates from 69.75% last year (for same Period) to 99.8% this year. Seeing as though a lot of clients get Proheart at the same time as vaccination, I looked at this too and it increased from 74.4% last year to 100%! I am really pleased with these numbers. It equated to an increase in turnover in excess of $10 000, which means % star has already paid for itself"
