ARE RECOMMENDATIONS CONSISTENT IN YOUR PRACTICE?

There is nothing worse than a Vet or Nurse giving a recommendation only to have another staff member recommending something different. Inconsistencies in advice and recommendations give clients doubts about both your practice and the products you are recommending. Which staff member is right? Don't make clients have to ask themselves this question!
